Most aweful experience ever. Full night torture. Two brainless brats manging the hotel(or whatever you call it). They were offended to that we paid directly to OYO instead of them (because oyo will pay them later). Not to forget the untidy room with hair all around. Smelly mattress. When we asked a mattress for one more person (we had booked for three), they gave a thin one and said "hum bhi toh aise hi rehte hain".

Rooms were not value for money. I was not provided with the booked room I had to pay higher when I arrived hotel.

Stay is good. Rooms are great. This place is really affordable, Place's a little hard to find, Staffs are really good. Food is also great 👍

I don't want to give even single star.....the staff is kinda gunda...after checkout he threatened me to cancel the feedback and was not allowing me to go out. Very dangerous for couples .....they will charge xtra for AC and TV are not working as they have not recharged them. Blood in bedsheet and atlast at the time of checkout he was saying feedback Matt Dena cancel karo Mai too Jane nai dunga marunga. I the staff members are gunda so nneva waste ur money...and it is highly dangerous for couples

Such a pleasure experience . Staff is so cooperative . Service is awesome . I like to be there as soon as possible . I really appreciate the efforts of royal plaza team.
