The upkeep of rooms and surrounding was top notch, the staff was cordial. The in-house kitchen serves good food and has nice sitting places. The staff are super good, friendly and polite. I would recommend it to someone who needs and wants clean rooms.

It’s a queer friendly property I had an amazing stay. It was very clean and trendy. Receptionist Amit & Mohit helped me alot, housekeeping Staff was very helpful too. Highly recommended if you're looking for a stay in Noida. This mid budget hotel is unbeatable in noida location. Bloom hotel concept is new in India and commendable. Best part I seen is their tea coffee water station on every floor common for every guest. I feel only bad thing that their restaurant is outsourced which is making bloom's vibe down. Rest all are ok and appreciable.

Just Waste of money . This hotel doesn’t even have any coordination between there own kitchen and staff . I ordered food , not even cooked properly. When i said to replace they say its not in our had i have paid 1045 for the food , that money was wasted over there . There room for which they ask for 3,200 to 4,000 does not even have any amenities as simple as glasses for water . They say they have all amenities but nothing was there you have to call them just everytime to get basic amenities. Total waste of money. Totally unprofessional doesn’t even know how to talk .

Place is clean and cute.. comfortable to stay. But staff is not responsible or basic humanity. I fell sick during my stay but they didn't even co-operate to bring medicine or parcels till my room. Didn't even allow breakfast in room(I was ready to pay still). I understand not allowing in normal conditions but I was very sick, then also they didn't show any care even when I asked. Rest of my stay was comfortable when I was not sick.

I Have Visited there on the occasion of Inauguration of IVY &FAWN Banquet. Staff Greeted in very good Manner. The banquet was quite cool. The decoration was great. The table arrangement was very nice. Food Quality is very Nice. Food is very delicious. Only one issue I found there was the Mobile Network issue. It's not the hotel's fault because the banquet is in the basement(-1) Airtel and Jio both network not present there.
