The hotel was recommended to me by a friend and it proved completely worth it. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, with well laid out bathroom and comfortable bed. The staff are all so polite and helpful, with true attention to detail. I was very impressed with the food, which is so much better than some other five-star hotels I have stayed at. Kudos on quality and flavour. I will definitely stay here again.

In today’s world, many businesses seem to rely on bots and aggressive marketing tactics to artificially inflate their ratings, and this hotel appears to be no exception. Upon arrival, the check-in process was chaotic and extremely inefficient. I had to wait an unreasonably long time due to unresolved issues between the front desk staff and other guests. To add to the confusion, people who arrived after me were allowed to skip ahead to another line without any guidance or structure from the staff. There was no clear system to manage the order of guests, resulting in a disorganized and frustrating start to my stay. The room itself was nothing special—just average. For the amount I paid (nearly Rs 10,000), I certainly expected more in terms of comfort and amenities. It didn’t feel like I was getting value for my money. I had booked directly through the hotel’s website, which promised a complimentary lunch or dinner as part of the booking offer. However, when I inquired about this at the front desk, the manager refused to honor it. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they argued, claiming that the website was under maintenance and attempting to justify their stance by saying that I was already receiving free breakfast. What they failed to acknowledge was that I had selected the option that included breakfast, meaning I was entitled to the promised complimentary meal in addition. The staff’s handling of this situation was not only disappointing but also unprofessional. Despite the high Google rating, this hotel’s service, staff behavior, and room quality do not live up to what is advertised. The breakfast buffet, though offering a wide variety of options, was lacking in taste and quality. The flavors were subpar and comparable to what you would expect from a lower-end, 2-star hotel charging Rs 2,000–3,000 per night, not a hotel of this supposed caliber. For international travelers, especially those coming from Europe or the West, I highly recommend choosing a well-established global brand like Marriott or Hilton. In my experience, they consistently deliver a higher standard of service, and their online presence aligns with the reality of the guest experience. This hotel, on the other hand, is a prime example of how digital impressions can be misleading and fail to reflect the actual experience on the ground.

Pride Plaza: A Perfect Venue for Events I recently attended a program at Pride Plaza and was thoroughly impressed with the facilities and services provided. The event space was well-appointed and equipped with modern amenities, ensuring a smooth and successful program. The food served was delicious and catered to a variety of tastes. I was particularly impressed with the professionalism and attentiveness of the hotel staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure that the program ran smoothly. I would like to give a special shout-out to intern Kumkum, who was exceptionally helpful and always willing to assist with any request. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Pride Plaza and would highly recommend it as a venue for future events.

Upon arrival in the evening, no one offered to help us with our luggage after check-in, which set the tone for our stay. The hotel relies solely on WhatsApp for service requests, which felt impersonal and ineffective. Room service was underwhelming and overpriced. During breakfast, we waited 15 minutes for tea, only to receive it cold after asking a different waiter. When we requested toasted bread, the staff brought us just one piece without any butter. Checkout was quick, but when we were ready to leave for the airport, the front desk informed us that we had left a ring in our room. We asked for someone to bring it down, but after 20 minutes of waiting—while our cab was outside—we had to leave to catch our flight. I later responded to their WhatsApp message about the ring, but there was no follow-up. I would recommend looking for alternatives like Ibis or Lemon Tree, which offer better food and service at a lower cost. This was my first experience with this hotel, and it will definitely be my last.

An amazing experience. This is my fourth visit here, and I have always come here with my family. The rooms are very classy, with all the amenities. Cleanliness is immaculate. The food is great, and restaurant staff is very warm. The overall experience has been just great. FIVE STARS.
