The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.
Early Check in or Late check out is subject to availability at the hotel.

Third class Hotel with third class amenities. The washbasin literally gave us an electrical shock in the washroom. Even after reporting the issue, they didn’t rectify it. They did not care at all.
Tbh the attitude of the attendant is not at all good.
Overpriced in comparison to the quality of the hotel.
I will never recommend this hotel to anybody.

Worst experience ever. Never have I ever had, this bad experience in my entire tour. Starting from the staff to the accomodation facility, everything is bad. Normally, little services going here and there doesn't matter because we can neglect it assuming human error, but moreover the staff is not at all supportive. I have stayed in inumerable number of hotels, but never encountered with such staffs and manager. Even if you make them aware of their mistakes, they'll still take on with you, and talk rudely with you. We had booked 4 rooms, and we needed 3 so we said them to check us out from 1 room and the thing which he did will just shock you😮he checked out our all 4 rooms. Even that is fine, but when came to refund he said, and I quote "Abhi bag lekr bahar nikalo". This was his fkin language while talking to a customer 🤬 I have gave it one star because there is no option of "NO STAR". This hotel doesn't even deserve no star, I request Google to put a minus criteria in stars.

Worst hotel. Bedsheets and the blanket were untidy and were not changed even when asked to do so repeatedly. Did not provide toiletries and towel. Worst experience in Delhi. The bathroom had a hole on the floor and was not covered when asked to do so. Bathroom lights were not working. Bad location. Worst oyo hotel ever experienced. This hotel does not deserve even 1 star rating. The hotel management did not accept credit card and demanded cash instead stating they were in a need of cash and we had to roam around nook and corner to withdraw cash.

The hotel service was pathetic. I arrived with my parents in the morning and we gave the receptionist early check in charges but he was behaving so rudely as if we were staying for free. Moreover, he was ordering us to give the hotel a good rating after we made the payment and threatened us that he will not provide us the room if we give that hotel a bad rating. He also tried to trick me to give my mobile to him so that he can give a good rating himself. When we tried to reach the main manager who comes at around 11 AM and told him about the whole situation, he didn't take any action against him. Absolutely the worst hotel I have checked into. And the rooms were also not that great. Please don't rely on oyo ratings and don't stay here if you are looking for a better experience in delhi. Such a bad and rude behaviour towards a customer is not at all acceptable.

The worst hotel room I ever stayed.. AC and TV was not working. Bathroom flush was non operational. It was below par standard of a lodge. Hotel staffs r very arrogant for OYO customers. Cleanness was very poor. It looks like a 1960's era lodge. Totally a regretting memory with OYO for this 9148 hotel.
