I got to your hotel at 11 PM, and check-in was a nightmare. The system didn't even have my payment. After waiting, they took me to the room, but the power wouldn't turn on. The guy was trying to use a spoon to fix it! When I walked in, I saw a bucket of dirty water under a dripping AC, and a puddle on the bedside table. They made me sit there while the receptionist looked for another room. He came back and said the hotel was full, and I might have to stay in that gross room. No key – seriously? Don't you think those are basic things? Your team had all day to get things ready, instead of making me wait around at 11 PM. Honestly, I'm super disappointed.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. The room was incredibly comfortable- easily one of the best I’ve stayed in. The location is perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions,cybercity and airport.

I stayed here for the past 16 days and not for a second I felt out of home. The staff, each and everyone made me feel very welcomed and at home. Anything I requested was given to me and they are so warm and always full of smiles. A perfect definition of HOSPITALITY Best experience in hotel .

The property was clean decent rooms with a cozy environment. The location was good and the staff was really co-operative specially lokesh in the reception that made our checkin hassle free. Overall it was a great experience. Will love to visit again.

I just visited property in the previous month, and i was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behavior is also excellent. i was highly impressed with it's clean and comfortable rooms and additional facilities. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. The staff are also accommodating and friendly. From delicious dining option to cozy rooms with stunning views , everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend the property because of its clean and comfortable rooms , top - notch amenities and attentive staff..... A truly memorable stay ❤️👌👌......
