Inexpensive, simple, comfortable stay. Stay cost around 1k, which is amazing. Sector 54 Chowk Metro Station is a walk or a 50 bucks auto ride. Nice people to speak to also, a safe place to camp.

My stay was booked from 11th to 15th July through Booking.com. After checking in and seeing the actual condition of the room, I decided not to continue my stay. The room was not hygienic, had a strong smell similar to recent pest control treatment, and was not in a condition I was comfortable staying in. While one of the photos matched the room, the overall experience was far below expectations. Despite not staying at the property, both Booking.com and the hotel refused to provide any refund, citing their cancellation policy. I also spoke with Gangan, who handles customer service, but was informed that no refund would be issued. Overall, my experience was very disappointing. If you're visiting Gurgaon, I would recommend carefully considering other accommodation options before booking this property.

Third class rooms, pathetic service. All the rooms smell strongly of cigarettes, they don't have any non-smoking rooms. Bedsheets were dirty and torn. No towel provided. Bathroom was not clean. The phone inside the room was not working, so there's no way to reach out to the reception. Avoid this place, unless you absolutely love to have bad experiences!

Nice and comfortable stay. Clean rooms & value for money. Specially like to mention excellent service by Saddam. Really nice staff here.
