I came from Chandigarh and booked a hotel online. Even though I paid online, the hotel staff refused to give me a room. Earlier, they had confirmed that the room was booked for me. Please do not waste your time and money

I had a terrible experience at this hotel, mainly due to the ignorant and rude owner. The hotel itself was in poor condition, with dirty rooms and broken amenities. The water pressure was barely a trickle, and there were long periods when there was no water at all. It’s evident that this hotel is poorly managed and that the owner has no regard for their guests’ comfort...I would never stay here again, and I strongly advise others to avoid it as well. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values its guests and provides the basic essentials, like water.

Very bad experience! They just extort money in whatever way possible. No concern for hygiene. Water smells like sewer water. Beds are mostly dirty. No housekeeping services and food is terrible. Please avoid this establishment if possible.
