Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The manager, Rahul, checked me in with my ID and entry in the register, but then casually informed me there was no card machine for payment. Asked me to wait. I waited 30 minutes, only to find out the room still wasn’t ready — well past the official check-in time. So I told him I’d grab food and come back. When I returned, still no room ready. I ate in the reception area while waiting another 30 minutes. Finally, Rahul handed me a key to a completely different room — one that had constant noise due to renovation work outside. He admitted others had refused it, yet kept pushing me to take it. When I said I wasn’t okay with it and asked to speak to the owner, Gaurav, Rahul flat-out refused. At this point, I’d had enough. I decided to leave, and guess what? Rahul actually chased me outside, trying to pressure me into taking that horrible room and “compromising.” I didn’t stay. I booked another hotel nearby. If you’re even thinking of booking this place, please don’t. Do yourself a favor — skip this mess.

Very nice and clean rooms. The food quality is superb. The staff is very polite and takes utmost care. Highly recommend this amazing place.

Had booked hotel room for 10 days. Reception staff Lokesh and Gaurav are humble and soft spoken people. Good hospitality by them. Affordable pricing. But rooms are not very clean. We could find cobwebs, dirt in almost every corner of the rooms and the floors were also dirty despite cleaning. Apparently the cleaning is not up to the mark. On the first day they gave THERMOCOL wrapped in cloth cover as EXTRA MATTRESS. We are paying for the mattress so do not expect to sleep on the thermocol. Talked to Mr.Gaurav and he sent a normal cotton foldable mattress. Room service and Food is okay and decent, coffee was good, (DO NOT ORDER SANDWICH). The shower knobs don't work and we didn't have windows. Do not expect windows for your rooms in such hotels of Gurgaon. The housekeeping staff Deepak and room service staff is good, but the worst part was the arrogant plumber and one hotel staff coming directly inside our room once without our permission. The reception staff Mr. Lucky was forcefully convincing us to shift to another room just for the plumber to have a look at the leaking toilet seat covers. He asked to make way for the plumber inside even though it was almost our checkout time. Mr Lucky persistently kept telling us that he has spoken to Mr.Gaurav and he had asked us to change the rooms which didn't make any sense at all as we were about to check out from the hotel. Staff cares more about the plumber timings rather than guest timings. Inconveniences caused due to such arrogance and sheer neglect of hospitality. They need to understand that the plumber is not paying for the room rent, the guest is. Hotel staff shouldn't call electricians and plumbers when guest is residing unless an emergency and the Plumber should wait for some time till the guest checks out. Would recommend the hotel to people who are not bothered about top notch cleanliness. It is an average hotel in an average locality.
