The stay was comfortable and smooth. The room was properly cleaned every day and the hotel maintained good hygiene standards. Staff behavior was friendly and cooperative. Manoj Kumar was very helpful and guided us whenever we needed any assistance.

Update: I have now received the invoice from the hotel. The receptionist also contacted me personally, apologized sincerely, and explained that the issue had been taken seriously by the management. I appreciate the follow-up and the effort to resolve the problem. --------------------------------------------- The facilities were acceptable for the price, and the housekeeping staff, bellboys, and service staff were generally friendly and polite. However, guests should be aware that the actual room may not look like the photos shown online, as the images appear to be AI-generated or heavily edited. Unfortunately, I had two very bad experiences during and after my stay. First, the soundproofing was extremely poor. I was assigned a room on the top floor, and I could not sleep the entire night because of the noise of rats running on the roof. Second, and more seriously, the hotel collected my payment but has still not provided an invoice. On the day I checked out, they told me I could leave and that they would send the invoice later by email or WhatsApp. However, it has now been 20 days, and despite multiple follow-ups through both WhatsApp and Booking.com, I still have not received anything. This has caused me a real problem because I cannot claim the expense from my company. On WhatsApp, they even read my messages but did not reply.

It was an amazing stay! The staff was extremely cooperative and made the entire experience even more pleasant. I would definitely love to stay here again whenever I visit next. The service was incredibly fast—everything was provided even before I had to ask. The bed was so comfortable, it honestly felt like I was melting into it. After staying here, I finally caught up on three days of missed sleep!
