Very good this hotel all the best service and support staff

The rooms are not good at all compared to other hotels in the same price range. There is no wardrobe in the rooms so if you have a lot of luggage, it is gonna be problematic. They shower wasn't working properly. Terrible room service. They won't bother to clean your room or change the bedsheets n pillow covers unless to request them repeatedly. No professionalism in staff.

Rooms are smaller than showed in picture however they are clean. They promise for early check in but most of the time Hotelier is unable to provide. Service is pretty slow. Good to stay if you like to pay 400-500 rupees. It could be better but that's it.

Misbehaving staff, room was not ready despite prior booking had to wait for 45 min., Poor service. The hotel location is quite remote in a small street though near airport but reaching there is a challenge. One of the worst experience. Will not suggest to even our enemies.

Me and my friend booked this hotel at an offer of 55%.The total room price shown in the website was 800 but due to the offer we got 440 rs discount. In the booking receipt it has mentioned that the amount payable at the hotel is 288 because we have already paid 72 rs online while made the booking. Due to the flight delay we reached late but there was no rooms available because they have given it to someone else since we showed up late. They arranged an alternate room for that day and told us to check in their hotel for the next day(we had a 2 day booking). Room was neat but the heater was not working. At the time of check out they charged 120 rs per day extra that comes around 240 rs for two night stay. While I asked the clarification the manager said booking receipt amount is not inclusive of taxes. But the amount payable was clearly mentioned in the booking receipt. Since we were in a hurry we didn't challenged it. The hotel is somewhat difficult to findout since it is situated in a narrow street.
