Fantastic business hotel with an excellent staff, especially the reception desk, offering world class customer experience. Delhi is a regular destination and travelled multiple times , but had the best desserts, truly mind-blowing. Recommended for great stay and fabulous food.

Do not stay at this place very shady people. I made reservation using agoda and when I reached the property the guy said they don’t take any reservation using agoda. I call the agoda customer service and they tried calling them to verify what’s going on and I can here the phone bell but they won’t answer. They wanted me to book directly with them and ask for refund from agoda. Please stay away worst place ever.

Two family suites were booked through booking website and when we arrived they told us they are sold out and gave us just one room. The room was filthy, the comforter was dirtier then a mop. The bedsheets had spots. Pictures attached for you to see for yourself. I guess all the 5 star reviews are from their own family and friends.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! Called them to book a room and they told me they are reserving one room for me. Made sure they knew I was about to get there late and that someone will be there to check me in. Called them later to informi will be there later than I thought and they said it's fine. Eventually got there at one am to find out they didn't save a room for me and were completely booked. If this irresponsible service is not enough, they offered me a room at another hotel they claimed to be the owner of. They tried to charge me 40% more than the price agreed over the phone for the room. And let me tell you after a few weeks in India this was by far the most unclean room. The sheets were stained and full of hair and food crumbs. Absolutely disgusting! Very disappointing! 👎

Pros: Nice spacious room, with a comfortable bed. Room service is quite prompt. Cons: 1)Though the room included free breakfast, all guests staying in a room could only have the same dish!! So if there was Aloo Paratha or Bread Omlette etc, only either one of it could be had. 2)While booking it said the room included free bottle of water. We stayed three nights, and were charged for the water bottles, that too at 33Rs/ litre. The same bottle was available outside the hotel for just 10Rs. 3) The room included Tea/coffee maker. But... no tea/coffee/ creamer would be provided. They refused when asked for the first day and charged 100 Rs, for 3 each of tea, coffee and creamer sachets. The next day when breakfast was served, the attendant brought 4 packs each free of cost!!!!! 4) While checking out, the bill was paid by credit card. The person at the reception lied to me that the payment was refused. She asked for a new machine and wanted me to pay again!!! I checked my bank statement, which showed the amount was debited. When I showed her the message, she said her card printer didn't have paper roll. So I asked her if I should provide that!!!!
