Honest Review #9 : They did not know that the Breakfast was complimentary. During checkout they were asking for extra charges for the Breakfast. The services were slow. The room was not at all same as shown on app/website. The room and bathroom was not clean and toiletries were not provided and had to ask for. Power backup or inverter not available in the premise, so faced power outages. The bedsheet were not clean, blanket was not provided. Water was dripping from the AC continuously on the floor, so had to put the washroom Mug underneath. TV was not working, no channels were there. Food was okay. Location is good. Parking space available only for 5 Two-wheelers. Covid guidelines were not at all maintained by the staff. So I would suggest the hotel only if you're staying for 1 night.

Good hotel for family stay

This hotel is a scam, do not book, the place doesn't even exist in real life, the location put there on the map is false. I reserved a room in Make My Trip, only to come and find out that the hotel doesn't even exist. A number messaged me saying that my room is confirmed, I asked them to send a picture of the room I will be staying in, and they sent web generated pics of a hotel room. Thank God I didn't pay before verifying, I found another hotel in the vicinity and stayed there.
