It was very great staying with Royal Gold palace. Very clean & hygiene rooms with all the necessary basic daily requirements. Good food and polite staff 👌 😊

We,a group of 3 families in 3 rooms, stayed here for 3 nights. All of us were very happy with the hotel. It’s new but already very good. Delicious breakfast and dinner (part of our package) , friendly and helpful staff, good rooms with attentive staff. I wholeheartedly recommend this to both domestic Indian and international travellers.

I am a solo traveler and I stayed at this hotel for three days in January 2026. It was a truly lovely experience. The rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean, and the staff is welcoming, helpful, and genuinely kind. I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. The food service is excellent as well, which made the whole experience even better. Everything was truly perfect, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

I had a terrible stay at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. The room was poorly maintained, with dirty linens and an unpleasant smell. Basic cleanliness was clearly ignored.Not a single issue was resolved during the stay.The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful—complaints were brushed off instead of being addressed. The staff were egoistic and receptionist working like a boss of the hotel.Despite repeated requests, issues in respect of wifi, complimentary breakfast were never resolved.Amenities mentioned during booking were either unavailable or not working. For the price charged, the service and quality were completely unacceptable.Overall, this hotel fails to meet even basic hospitality standards. I suggest to all to save your money and look for a better option elsewhere.
