One of the most horrible hotel, I have ever stayed, they switch on the lights at corridor and entire light is penetrating to the room and there was no curtain when asked for the help. They abruptly told that there is no curtains. They can’t do after paying thousand ₹800 as rent. If you are getting that kind of service, I strongly recommend not to use this hotel at all, we were forced to use our blanket as a curtain. During this extreme winter and entire night we were not able to sleep. I request hotel management please look into this and not to do such a thing.

Poorly maintained room, worst staff at reception, service staff is good but they are helpless due to Worst staff incharge at reception. No towels provided. Room is full of cigarettes smell and didn't clean before check in.. sprayed perfume after multiple request... definitely not worth to stay...Worst - Flush is not working across for our 2 rooms and not bothered to change the rooms also....

No phone in the room to call reception. Reception helpdesk guy Rahul and staffs were very helpful and supportive. Rooms in poor condition. Open space on third floor

Main bedroom of hotel is okay. Clean and neat. The bathroom is terrible and needs an upgrade. It's an hotel where you can expect international guest yet the toilet doesn't flash toilet paper! When we arrived there was no toilet paper and they had to go buy just to find out it can't flash otherwise the toilet will get clogged. Plus the toilet was very badly stained and in need of a new one. Other then the bathroom saga. The staff are very friendly, helpful and the breakfast and tea we ordered was good.
