Very good place to stay with good amenities and staff. Excellent location. Staying here since last 10 months during my visits to Gurgaon. Front desk managers - Surendra, Rohit and Jonathan are very helpful and efficient. The room service staff and housekeeping staff is also good. Highly recommended for short and long stays.

Review: Zen Hotel I recently stayed at Zen Hotel for a week with my parents, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel was still undergoing some room construction, so there was a bit of dust, but it didn’t interfere too much with our stay. I stayed in a double bed room, which was spacious and nicely set up. My parents stayed in a 1 BHK apartment, which was comfortable and well-appointed for a longer stay. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with any needs. While there’s room for improvement—mainly around dust control due to ongoing work—I’d still recommend Zen Hotel for its friendly service and comfortable rooms.

This is one of the best serviced apartment I have stayed in. Amazing stay experience with beautifully furnished rooms. I have stayed in both 2BHK Apartment and Deluxe Room (with balcony). Pros: - 10 mins walking distance from Medanta - Peaceful location with all amenities - Courteous staffs available for help 24x7 - Decorated Rooms equipped with AC, Heater and Geyser - 1 / 2 BHK apartment is in AirBnB style fully equipped with Microwave, Utensils (for cooking) and Water Purifier - Food is also great here - Very very affordable room rates as per the quality they provide Cons: None PS: They upgraded my Deluxe Room to balcony type for free. Highly recommended for family, couples and long term stays.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was comfortable and conveniently located. The living area and bathroom were clean and spacious.
