1. The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.

2. Early Check in or Late check out is subject to availability at the hotel.

3. It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport (Pan is not accepted as valid ID). Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.

4. Stay of 1 child up to 5 years of age is complementary without the use of extra mattress.

5. Breakfast charges may be applicable for the child.

6. Extra mattress is provided for triple occupancy bookings.

7. Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.

8. Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to take action against the guest.

Everything was excellent . Location: We couldn’t believe such a big plot is there in the town - behind Marian college kuttikkanam. It very near to Kuttikanam Main Junction at the same time - away from the disturbances of road / traffic. Building: It's a big two stored building with 3 bedrooms, a Kitchen & Lot of living spaces The kitchen is equipped with all standard amenities like Stove, Mixer Grinder, Bread toaster, Refrigerator & lot utensils.

Excellent property for 10 to 12 pax. ideal for self cooking if preferred, has all kinds of utensils and accessories. It's a clean 3 bhk house in 4 acres property exclusively for the guests..Tony who's is the caretaker is a gentleman and very helpful for all your needs. Very close to the town or main road but hiding away from the bustles. Good for short or long stays. Front gate approach to the main road needs alteration- cars with load would hit the belly, you may need to offload people to avoid it.

We had a delightful experience at Green Grove Homestay Kuttikanam.Excellent reception, friendly staff and managers. We all were delighted indeed. Personal attention to our needs at every level made us happy at every point of time.We thank Mr. Tony, the manager of the Homestay .Everyone will enjoy this ethnic Homestay equipped with all requirements.Rooms are very spacious, neat and tidy. Well furnished kitchen with all types of utensils. There is a mind blowing view from green Grove Homestay. Value for money. 5/5.Thanks a lot. . ..

Lovely property blended with herbs and trees.Feels a good positive vibe on this place.Rooms and interiors are well maintained and spacious to move around.Locates in city hence availability of needy things will not be a tough task . Property manager Tony will be always available for any needs and he is humble . Kitchen side the fridge and utensils for cooking is an add on . Enjoyed the stay and ambience :)

Awesome property. In fact the service offered by Mr. Tony was excellent!! 3 family can stay at a time. Kitchen is equipped with all required materials and we cooked our dinner. Really enjoyed!!
