The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.

Early Check in or Late check out is subject to availability at the hotel.

It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport (Pan is not accepted as valid ID). Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.

Stay of 1 child up to 5 years of age is complementary without the use of extra mattress.

More like an AirBnb than anything else. Just 2 large, nice clean rooms in a house. The top floor has a balcony while the 1st floor has a terrace. Superb WiFi and a high degree of privacy.

Jibu is a very helpful, kind and nice guy. He can help you organise a backwaters seeing tour and recommend Aleppy best food The stay is at close location to the beach, nice food and canal. Nice garden around the house.

I had an amazing stay at Abrus Holidays. The host Jibu was so friendly, kind and helpful. He arranged Kayaking for me for less price which I didn’t expect this from him as I was Solo budget Traveller. Thanks Jibu :) I would definitely recommend this place. I’ll be coming back again to this place definitely 😃

The place was good for the price. Bech was at walking distance. The host Jibu was very nice and friendly. He even arranged for boatride and kayaking in backwaters at reasonable price. One star less only because the room could have been cleaner. Overall i would definitely recommend this place.
