The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible....front desk guys were assuring for the good service, but didn't even bother.i went with family and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality. Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere. Only 1 thing for giving 5 star is "Location" I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time.

Room is very comfortable, no complaints, staff are friendly. But in the three nights I stayed there, there was hot water in the shower only once. Rest of the time I bathed in cold water. Further, when I ordered dinner, someone took the details down, and no dinner was delivered to me. I went to sleep on an empty stomach

I had stayed 1 night in this hotel And they provided me a good and decent Hospitality. Every staff is very polite and friendly that make us feel like the home I had also ordered pizza and butter chicken which was very good👍

It stayed in both luxurious and non luxurious hotels but this was place my worst experience in such a hotel . Having a prime location stil such a poor and bad hotel Rooms were untidy , and with no basic amenities. Washrooms are unhygienic not properly clean . Even Restaurants doesn’t take your orders seriously . And above all room service was such bad I can’t even explain No one listens to you , they take your complain but never work or revert for that . Such worst and bad experience I had Perhaps the price I paid was for 3 star hotel but didn’t receive not even 1 Star service . Prices are high and zero value for money . I don’t recommend this to any one

Nakul, the marketing manager at PR residency was exceptionally cooperative and friendly when it came to any issues at the hotel and beyond. He made sure to always ask us about our stay and if there were any problems. He also went out of his way to get us drinks to help when our health wasn’t the best. Even without asking, he understood our needs and made the experience more calm and better.
