Nice room and staff is very polite and better experiance

Disappointing Experience: Safety and Service Concerns I recently had a 10-day booking at this hotel, but unfortunately, my stay was marred by a concerning incident. I had informed the hotel staff that I would be away for two days and specifically requested that they not enter my room or provide room service during my absence. However, despite my clear instructions, the staff entered my room without my permission and took the AC remote. When I confronted them, they admitted to having a spare key. I'm shocked and disappointed by this blatant disregard for my privacy and the hotel's lack of respect for guests' wishes. If you value your privacy and expect a basic level of service, I would advise against booking this hotel. The lack of accountability and disregard for guests' requests are major concerns. Recommendation: Improve staff training on guest privacy and service etiquette. Ensure that guests' requests are respected, and their belongings are secure.

The place does not have a in house kitchen, they allow orders from food delivery applications. Rooms are compact but have good amenities. Never saw a place that provides logged in applications in television which is an added bonus. 🤩

Charged 3000 extra for 30 min late check-out. Didn't expect this money minded behaviour from Bengaluru's calm people.

Good staff and decent stay in a residential colony. New property, clean Rooms. Near to Nagasandra metro. Only that breakfast is extra and car parking is a little challenging. Good value overall.
