We had one room booked for 3 nights from 12th may to 15th may 2024. Our family had a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and rates were inclusive of breakfast. On 15th may the receptionist also offered us a late checkout. we enjoyed our entire stay. Thanks Crimson Lotus

I am writing to bring to your attention the unfortunate experience we had during our recent stay at your hotel. I regret to inform you that we encountered a significant issue with the maintenance of our room. Upon entering the room, we were disturbed to find a distressing number of cockroaches present, not only on the floor but also on the mattress. We promptly reported this matter to your staff, hoping for a swift resolution. However, despite our complaints, no suitable action was taken to address the issue. Furthermore, we also faced problems with the taps, as they were blocked, making it difficult for us to use them. Adding to our discomfort, the hot water supply was not functioning properly. These inconveniences further intensified our disappointment in the overall quality of the hotel. In light of our unpleasant experience, we would like to express our sincere dissatisfaction and advise against others booking this hotel. We believe that such conditions are not acceptable and do not meet the standards expected in the hospitality industry.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the wedding venue. It is a quiet location. We only had breakfast which was good. We stayed in the family rooms in the third floor. Rooms are very large and bright. Overall it was good

Totally low class hotel. The good reviews are all fake and the pictures are old. Room number 103, 104 and 003 are hell. It's a house converted into hotel. Dirty, disgusting hotel with absolutely substandard and cheap rude staff. Worst washrooms ever and torn towels were given. The manager is very scared to even reveal his name when I asked for it. The front desk staff Veeresh is always drunk and smoking and extremely rude to women. Checked out within one day itself and moved to a better hotel in the locality.
