The room was very good, it had all the basic amenities in working condition. The staff were very friendly too. Will definitely recommend to others. Hospitality is very good. Room is clean. Specially breakfast/Lunch/diner is very tasty I had a pleasant experience staying at U by Z hotel. The staff were courteous and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and a comfortable stay. A special mention to "Manoj" for His professionalism and exceptional customer service. Will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

Location is as good as it gets for any thing near MG road, Richmond Circle. This is the closest high quality property in CBD when coming from airport. The staff was polite and well behaved as a branded play should be. U by Z-Hotels has done it well. I have also booked a birthday party for my kid in their banquet space (let's hope they don't disappoint). Food, a few items (especially south Indian items) are to die for - rest, are above average. And best part - there's ample parking which other 5-stars no hotel in CBD provides such ample parking.

Smooth and completely hassle-free stay with a calm, relaxing vibe throughout. Everything was perfectly organized, and the room hygiene was absolutely on point. Shoutout to the housekeeping team on the 3rd floor for their efficiency and attention to detail. Their excellent service truly enhanced the overall experience.
