Sharing the pros and cons of the room I stayed in. Pros: - Well spacious room - Clean bathroom Cons: - Floor was very dusty - No elevator - TV didn't work - Water heater didn't work(didn't matter much as it was a sunny day) If a lodge mentions 3-star hotel, it should be to a level. This hotel is not 3-star in its current condition. Please upgrade accordingly or reduce the cost

Stinky rooms, No lift Service provided inspite having lift in the premises and inspite having written free breakfast does not provide and no wifi.. worst part is does not even provided Drinking Water also..

Absolutely worst & rude response. They denied my booking after doing a confirmed booking through travel agency. V rude responses and they casually asked me to cancel the room after reaching there.. irresponsible & unruly stagg
