This hotel is fine for a day stay, but not for longer stay duration. Pathetic bathrooms with lots of ants and cockroaches. The room was filled with smoking smell, which made my family to literally puke. The staffs we're helpful, the room was somewhat clean.

Another significant issue was the instances of staff misbehavior. I encountered a manager who displayed unprofessional and rude behavior towards guests. This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel's overall customer service. I strongly urge the management of Ananya Comforts Koramangala to take immediate action to rectify these issues. It is essential to uphold transparency in ratings, prioritize cleanliness, and ensure professional conduct from all staff members. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Ananya Comforts to other travelers. Excellent Hotel rooms in less price at the heart of Bangalore. Easy access for all shopping and restaurants. Staffs are very kind and friendly.

I stayed in this property for 1night..We booked 2rooms and in 1room ac wasn't working and rooms are pathetic.. Washroom is not better than a public toilet at bus stand. Service standards are below normal.Morning complimentary breakfast is just 2dosa with mere Coconut chutney..not even a sambar was kept.. One of the worst nightmare stay ever.. Will not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy..

Never book this hotel, NEVER. The nightmare started for us when we reached the hotel after their recommended check in time and the manager said there are no rooms available. We asked him to initiate a refund but he refused. He said he can give a room in an alternate property nearby and he promised to pay for our auto fare there. When we reached the alternative property, we realized it was a worse than a lodge an we were not comfortable staying there so we went back to ask for a refund. The hotel manager did not pay for the auto and I paid because the auto driver was not at fault. I called cleartrip support to cancel the booking without a fine and the hotel manager, istrwd of telling the truth about there being no rooms, choose to instead lie. All he had to do was tell the truth, but instead because of this managers unprofessional behavior, I had to go back and fourth with the cleartrip support team and I was forced to wait in the hotel lobby for more than 1 and a half hours. Finally, Cleartrip realized the manager is dishonest and gave us a full fund. Even when I was leaving, the manager was telling us it was our fault because we chose not to stay at the lodge he offered as alternative. It was unacceptable. Do not book in hotel.
