Cockroach filled rooms, unclean unhygienic and dirty can be the adjectives for this hotel. Request management to kindly ask the team to be more respectful responsible and professional on the things they do. I was not happy with the service and also with the way rooms were presented to us. Skip unless you have no other options. Their other outlets are pretty good but this one is ruined cos of the people out here.

We booked rooms seeing the video. Location - is excellent to stay at as we have a lot of food outlets around the hotel. Rooms - Lighting and Beds are excellent for a small family. But unfortunately the moving area is "Tiny" and whenever you want to use the restroom, you will get a bang in your knee from the Cots Corner, so this is not suitable for senior citizens. The doors and rooms are not sound proof hence even someone whispers from outside we can hear that, so imagine it. The cost is also a bit higher compared to other regular hotels.

mazing location all quick pick spots in walkable distance. Cost effective stay for bigger family or friends crowd. All variety foods available around this suite. Clean and spacious rooms. Loved the stay. Will stay in same place everytime travelling to Bengaluru

We reached at 11pm, they had a room allowed for us when the roomboy tried to open the door forcefully, there was already someone inside there. The worst hospitality. Then we were allotted another room which was also taken by another person. They basically didn't have any rooms left for us, we were too upset. The kind of behaviour and rooms were totally cheap.

Worst hotel , worst stay , worst room maintenance. Lenins are very dirty all over the room corner can find long long ladies hairs , when w entered the room there was a smoke smell , where my wife is very alergic to smoke smell after complaining there spreyed room freshener. There is no intercom in the room. There was no toilet paper and soap in the bathroom. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Management kindly take care of my complaints.
