I recently had the pleasure of staying at Astra Hotel in Marathahalli, Bangalore, and I must say the experience was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm hospitality. The hotel staff made sure I felt welcomed, and the overall service was excellent. A special mention to Mr. Abrahim at the reception desk and Mr. Churchill – they were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. His friendly attitude and attention to detail really stood out, and he made check-in and check-out a smooth and hassle-free process. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and offered a comfortable atmosphere for a relaxing stay. The location in Marathahalli is also quite convenient, with easy access to nearby shopping, dining, and transportation options. Overall, Astra Hotel provided a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Their hospitality, especially with staff like Mr. Abrahim and Mr. CHURCHILL really sets them apart.

You can check in at 9:30 AM (Based on the availability). Otherwise, they charge ₹500 per hour. We arrived at 8:45 AM and checked in at 9:30 AM. The room was nice, and they provided toothpaste and brushes. If you need an iron, just ask. The service was friendly, and the location is great with immediate cab availability.

Worst experience in astra Hotels, room service was very worst nd poor i've ever seen in my past. Rooms are good but the very worst thing is Wifi. They have multiple wifi routers but none of the service will work & if we ask for any other wifi service network passwords they will tell like it's under service maintenance. Actually i was came for one official trip with my colleagues during that time i wasn't able to connect through my mobile network so no other option for me i should go for wifi but as i checked they have 3-4 WiFi networks but none of those are working and they're telling like it's under maintenance try for other network but the network they suggesting me was not even visible in my phone while searching. And landline also not working in my room which I was checked inn & if we're trying to reception one lady speakedwith us simply asking us to wait for some time wait for sometime but we waited till half a day still the same. Again we tried calling reception for several time no response from no one. It's totally spoiled the trip, but I won't tell any issue on room it was totally good nd clean. Worst thing is Wifi nd room service nd receptionist simply delaying the timing of we asked for anything So please don't ever visit here, then ready to face one of the worst experience ever!!

On my official trip to Bangalore, I decided to experience Astra Hotels and Suites with a fellow colleague. Had a great and comfortable stay at Astra. The rooms were clean, fragrant and very large. Most importantly, it had a large and clean balcony. The service and care was so prompt and courteous. One Mr. Rahul Christopher was so welcoming and hospitable. The only con is that this hotel is situated a few kilometres away from most IT companies. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a nice, clean and large room with an extended airy balcony. I had one concern - It was unable to connect to this hotel directly before my travel as the phone connected me to OYO customer care and they didn't provide me the service I was looking for. So, suggestion for the hotel personnel - please provide the hotel's direct contact number in your website to reach you directly. Try this and you will have no regrets!

Front door room lock was not opening with access card. Everytime I had to swipe and negotiate the handle 10times to open the door. The room I got is in the top floor which isn't used for a while, the smell in the room was kind of different.
