I recently spent one night at this hotel and had a generally positive experience One of the standout features was the Virtual Receptionist by Shwetha. This cutting-edge technology made check-in a breeze allowing me to skip the usual lines and get settled into my room in no time I was impressed by how intuitive and user-friendly the system was It definitely adds a modern touch to the overall guest experience! The room was comfortable and well-maintained which made my stay enjoyable However I did encounter a minor issue: the coffee machine wasn't working. As a coffee lover this was a bit of a disappointment since I was looking forward to enjoying a cup right away. Despite this, the overall experience was still quite satisfactory

The rooms were small, and there was poor noise insulation. During my stay, people were celebrating a birthday at midnight, and even though their room was three rooms away, it still caused significant disturbance to my sleep. I informed the staff, who took care of the issue. However, the 1 AM check-in time was a bit inconvenient. Despite this, the staff's service was excellent, and they accommodated my request for a late checkout. The receptionists and staff were very humble. For a double room, if it's available for around 1000-1200 rupees, it's worth it. Anything more than that, it's not.

This is my 2nd time 1st time it was very New thought it would take time on service and maintenance staff Booked again hoping it to be better this time because I liked the room aesthetics and WiFi availability. Please take this feedback Stayed here for 4 days, I didn't get hot for 2 days, i tolerated for 1st day, 2nd day their only solution was keep the water running to get hot water, person came and kept the tap on almost 4-5 buckets of water wasted Upon that they have sign board in bathroom to save water, after hours no update no one came to fix upon that TV was just a show peace it wasn't working, it was showing software is outdated no proper technician to look after it no one came, I only tried to connect it to Wi-Fi and get it updated but WiFi was also not working I had to ask for room change, got another room Thier also same problem Tv and WiFi not working. In bathroom also no proper hot water, How can anyone tolerate it in chilling weather Upon that thier only solution is keep the water running everytime you want hot water Can't they install instant geyser I mean they only have sign board to save water and their only solution is to waste water to get hot water, Didn't like the idea itself, as i also don't like wasting water They must know if we keep taps on everytime to get hot water how much water is getting wasted Room design and aesthetics are good but needs proper maintanence of amenities and services

I’ve stayed at this hotel, for nearly 3 months and therefore believe I can give the best review from all perspectives. There was no problem with the functionality of the amenities such as TV, Air conditioning, kettle and bathroom facilities. For the rate at which they offered me the room, I believe it is economical and worth every penny considering the cost size and location of the property. The problem arises with quite a few of the staff at this facility. To begin with the house keeping! The house keeping staff are the most immature people I’ve come across my stays around Bangalore. They sing aloud and play music in the corridor every single day and they’re always looking at each other, laughing in their own language. When it comes to servicing the room, they sometimes forget towel and the next time they forget water bottle, which you later have to call and get from the security. I have attached a few blood stained sheets they have provided. So I’m now wondering if they even wash their bedsheets!? And this was done despite a housekeeping manager at watch? The morning shift security is perhaps the most useless staff in the building! There were several instances of me coming in with my self or my friends carrying something such as bags for instance and he would be rather busy having his artistry with a blue pen on a paper. You can ask him anything, his answer would be talk to the manager, whether it’s a bottle of water or anything else. In contrast, the watchman at evening shift starting 8 pm, is the best person working here, he’s very welcoming and supportive. Whenever my tv didn’t work he helped out, whenever my wifi didn’t work, he helped out, whenever my room card didn’t work, he helped out. Now the whole thing with the sales manager and branch manager? They don’t talk to each other or something because I struggled the first week or so trying to inform each other the same thing. I entered the hotel with certain dates of stay for which I had pre approval from the sales manager as for terms of pay, wherein I’d pay 50% ( approx ) upfront and the remaining on of before checkout. Now I reach the hotel and I check in, and the following day I start getting calls and follow ups for the remaining payment because the branch manager doesn’t know what the sales manager agreed to. Now when I inform the two reception staff of my communication with the sales manager they also fail to inform the branch manager and now I have to repeat to the branch manager everything again.

We have booked from make my trip for 2 days and informed the property we will check-in the 2nd day morning. When we reached here. There is no room. They cancelled our booking without informing and gave to somebody else. Without telling us the truth made us wait for 1 hour.
