I was overcharged and I have been refused a refund. I am left disappointed and feel cheated after this experience. Staff at the front desk is non cooperative and lack authority to help the customers in any way. At the time of checkout the gentleman at the front desk was not able to tell me the total amount for the food for payment and scrolled the computer many times but was asking me how would I like to pay without telling me the amount! He was more interested in getting rating and was trying to be friendly. He had no value for my time as my cab was waiting.

Fantastic find - unparalleled efficiency and service. Very clean, the hotel was only a week old and we couldn’t have been happier with the stay. Arghya on the front desk was super helpful and a credit to the bloom team - will definitely be staying here again!

Great rooms at reasonable price with a tasty breakfast. All you need for your stay. The receptionist, Arghya was very cordial and helpful. Made us very comfortable right from the beginning.

Excellent location for those looking for staying in the business district of Bengaluru. Rooms are very spacious and so are the bathrooms. Staff is new so be patient with them.
Meal options are limited but it's best to eat outside as there are tons of restaurants near by.

My family and I recently stayed at Bloom Hotel - Richmond Road in Bangalore, and our experience was ruined by an unexpected overcharge of ₹10,000. Despite trying to sort it out peacefully, the hotel staff was no help at all. They told me to handle it by email, but after several follow-ups I've still heard nothing back from their reservations team. Even at checkout, the person handling our bill didn't explain the charges. He was more focused on his rating and getting the payment through!
This complete lack of responsibility and customer service is really disappointing. I'd strongly recommend that anyone looking for a place to stay in Bangalore think twice before booking here to avoid going through what we did.
