There were cockroaches crawling, worst hotel i've ever been to, it was disgusting. When I told them, they kept pretending that they are taking it seriously then do nothing about it. I don't think they even clean the rooms tbh, just fix the bed and take out the trash. Couldn't find a worse stay even if i tried.

Visited this place for a friend's reception and booked here. It was a great stay and the hotel was clean and neat. Morning breakfast was a added bonus. The host was friendly and I'd stay again if I'm around this place

Amazing experience the property is very beautiful neat and the rooms totally made to ease your comfort location is also very friendly to commute. Pradeep and Kayrul are so good they will make you feel like home.

The standard room was small but clean. There was electric kettle, cups and glasses provided with creamer, sugar, tea/ coffee sachets. Only no complimentary water bottle offered. Also, hot water for bath not available. The hotel is located near Bangalore international airport and is convenient for overnight stay if you have early morning flight. The reception staff is polite and wifi is available. Breakfast option to be given the night before and is served at around 8:30 am the next morning.

Anjali fortune suites I was staying for many days , hotel is good but thr is no restaurant in it , thr is a receptionist name Pradeep , he is very bad negative mind man , he only said in starting whtever u want tea or breakfast u can call in 9 no. Wil send 1 boy he will take ur order. When I call in no.9 Pradeep picked my call I said I want to give order tea food he spoke rudely & said this is not Restrnt tht u r ordering food n cut the call on my face , very rude tone he spoke , I couldn’t realise why he needs to talk so rude to me when I simply asked for tea in polite tone , very bad experience , if this kind of receptionist is thr in the hotel , I must say hotel will get zero reviews n no body wanna stay where receptionist Pradeep talk so tude to customers for no reason cut the call on face , shame on him for tht disgusting behaviour , very bad experience , cut call on someone face is pathetic behaviour being a hotelier, shame on his ghatiya mentality , no body cut the call in hotel on ur face if u order food , very bad experience , everyday he calls me asked when is ur checkout everyday , when I alrdy did my all payment for stay , why he showing physco behaviour suddenly when I asked just for tea thts my mistake
