I booked the room after arriving at Bangalore airport. While the check-in process was smooth, I encountered several issues during my stay. The air conditioning in the room was not functioning, and despite making multiple requests through the in-room phone, there was no response or assistance from the night shift staff. Eventually, I had to go down to the lobby to personally explain the situation. Only then was I moved to another room, where I discovered that the hot water was not working. After further discussions with the night staff, I was advised to use the shower in the first room and then return to sleep in the second. What was most disappointing was the lack of professionalism from the night staff. My calls were repeatedly ignored, and although I was told someone would be sent to resolve the issue, no assistance arrived even after 2–3 hours and multiple follow-up calls. This experience could have been more acceptable if it had been handled with basic courtesy and timely communication.

AC wasn't working and called the reception many times and had to go to the lobby to get help, they changed us the room. In the new room there wasn't hot water and had to change the room for it again! The lady in the morning is really polite and helpful but the guy in the night isn't and takes a lot of our time to fix the concerns.

Room is quite good. Staff are quite hospitable. They added an extra mattress as per our request even before our arrival. But, bathrooms could have been cleaned better.

I had wonderful stay the rooms are exceptionally clean and the staffs is polite. Sterling plaza near Kempegowda international airport it near to the airport the best hotel near airport I have a great experience in this hotel I will definitely come back thank you so much

I had a stay at this hotel in the month of April on the date of 12...the check in process was very smooth..during check in time i did the payment but the payment was under process due to some server issue..and later on i did the payment again. But in the evening I got to know the payment which was under process have been debited in my account..and i went in the reception to cordinate with Rio who was in front desk he was very kind and polite he help me out to get my refund from the hotel..and after 3 days I have received my refund...Best hospitality,best hotel...the room was fabulous as well bathroom was very neat and clen and my stay was very amazing..I'll recomend it to everyone....hope I'll be coming soon 💓💫
