Rooms are average. Their service is too bad. One of my friends room was found open and someone had used his room in his absence, although all his belongings were intact, his bed was used by someone We complained to the management. They checked the CCTV footage and apologized for inconvenience but no details were shared. We'd taken rooms with breakfast and dinner. In dinner they serve whatever is available (mostly food remained from their restaurant). Most of the things were not available, we were forced to eat items as per their wish. No courtesy nor they care for customer. Overall my experience was below average.

Property itself is big and nice. Most of the rooms are without windows. So, won't feel the freshness in the ( breathing) air. No proper ventilation. So, may be not that healthy air inside the rooms and hallways for kids esp during summer...otherwise for short stay its managable... But, the foods they serve is amazingly good... 5 star taste....and the service in tbe resturant is also WOW...

We recently hosted my brother’s wedding at Palm Greens Resort and stayed there for two days for the Engagement, Haldi, and Wedding functions. Everything was organized to perfection – from the arrangements to the execution, the team took care of every detail seamlessly. All our guests were extremely happy with the hospitality, facilities, and smooth coordination throughout the events. The rooms were well-maintained, the food was excellent, and the overall management was outstanding. The highlight for us was the pool Haldi, it was beyond our expectations and made the celebrations even more memorable. A very special mention to Rahul, the event manager, who organized everything to perfection – from the couple entries, haldi decor’s and even the Baraat. His attention to detail, calm handling of every situation, and flawless coordination made the entire wedding flow so smoothly. "Extremely disappointing experience" Organized a destination wedding at this venue, and it was marked by poor organization, complete mismanagement, and a shocking lack of professionalism. The event was chaotic from start to finish, no proper coordination, delayed services, and a clear absence of accountability from the staff. Despite the premium pricing, there was no sense of customer satisfaction or value for money. Basic expectations for a wedding event were unmet, let alone the elevated standards one would expect from a destination venue. Would strongly caution future clients to reconsider before booking this place. A special occasion deserves better handling and respect than what was experienced here.

My stay at Palm Green Hotel was absolutely terrible. The rooms were filthy, the washroom stank, and the bedsheets looked reused. The food was disgusting — stale, oily, and clearly not fresh. To make it worse, when I complained, the manager was extremely rude and arrogant instead of solving the problem. He behaved as if he was doing me a favor by even listening. The staff followed the same attitude — careless and unprofessional. For the price they charge, this hotel is a complete scam. If you value cleanliness, decent food, or even basic respect from the management, avoid Palm Green Hotel at all costs
