Very nice hotel and services. Great ambience with all modern facilities, front office staff us very gentle and polite. Girl at reception is very welcoming nature. We stayed here in for 2 nights and enjoyed our trip.

Spent 3 nights in the hotel. Wifi of the hotel rejecting my phone, really annoying. Particularly when you need the internet but cannot enjoy your room. Hours of discussion with the late shifts receptionist over my stay. As well advised the day team when leaving the hotel. At the end of my stay, I ask if it is possible to have a discount ( no wifi service ). I am told no nothing. Unsatisfied because there was so much time loss during my stay... really not ok 🫡

Excellent hotel and services,sta fs is very cooperative and polite. You will find cafe and local shops near the hotel. In this area you will feel good coz of cold climate. all its nice hotel to stay 5star services provided by hotel. Staff is very caring. Raj helped us a lot with welcoming nature.

This place is total value for money .The rooms are big and well kept.The staff is very polite and the food is decent. Specially front office girl and manager of hotel are of helping nature. Had stayed here for 3 nights.If you are looking for quiet peaceful and pleasant stay you will not be disappointed. I had stayed in two in one Airconditioned room which have both cooling and heating air.
