I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! They kindly allowed us to check in early, which made our trip so much easier. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great service and comfort!

Worst ever experience in a hotel, poor hospitality, no room service, poor food quality, unresponsive staff. When we came to reception we are informed that there is no booking despite us showing vouchers. After 15 minutes the reception attendant gives us the room as if he is doing a favour on us. We reached hotel after traveling for 10 hours and we ar informed that there is no facility for tea or food in hotel. Despite having a prepaid booking for 4 people, we are given only 1 extra bed in the room. The hotel galaxy and balcony is claustrophobic, there is no view from balcony, the hotel corridor is very small where only 1 person can walk at a time. Never book such unprofessional hotel.

Hotel ambiance is very good . Food was tastey. All staff behavior is very good . reception staff is very cooperative specially Mr Roshan ,Mr Rajesh , ms Rajni . We will come again and recomanded with my friends and family. thank you.

We stayed at zip by spree bella height my stay was really unforgatable. Hotel location is good and room view is also good . Food was good behaviour of staff is very friendly specially Mr Roshan is very helpfull he guide me nicelly. Thanks spree team.

Location is not great as the hotel is on the far south side of McLeod Ganj main “ring”, so we found ourselves walking up and down the hill multiple times a day. Very limited vegan options for breakfast. Balconies from rooms face stairs and an adjacent building (currently under construction), except for the premium rooms that have beautiful views of the valley. Very limited help from the front desk (no money exchange, no taxi booking…). Restaurant staff were extra friendly. They even woke us up one morning to ensure we don’t miss breakfast. TV and wifi in the room.
