I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my visit very enjoyable. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and went out of her way to ensure all my needs were met. Her warm attitude and professionalism truly made a difference. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return, thanks to Saloni’s outstanding service! However travel desk was poor. They charge a lot The room service needs to be improved.

That are having nice location in Goa. Colva beach is very good for the south Goa. Now about regenta bay Rooms: required to upgrade as per the price of them. Also need to improve the facilities of the resorts. They doesn't have any kind of indoor or outdoor activities in resort. Service: very bed. We are going to holiday for 2 nights stay but due to service we are bored in a half day. They are having swimming pool but don't provide towels without fighting for it with staffs. So we are included dinner also due to old location, but at dinner time they are asking money for chapati. One day given us free and another day they having party so asking for money. In rain they doesn't have umbrella. Many more things about the service. Location: it was good near to beach also. But out of the resort you can not find anything near by. So completely required to upgrade with dinner also. Otherwise you can not service their only...

A Perfect Beachside Getaway — Highly Recommended! Our stay at Regenta Baywatch Resort was absolutely delightful! Located just a short walk from Benaulim Beach, the resort offers the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility — close to all the fun and water sports, yet peaceful enough to unwind and relax. The rooms were spacious, sparkling clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A heartfelt appreciation to the wonderful staff! Savio, Bimlesh, and Anthony from the F&B team ensured every meal was enjoyable with their warm hospitality and attentive service. The reception team was equally remarkable — always polite, smiling, and ready to help at any moment. They truly made us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The food was delicious with plenty of variety for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The poolside area, especially near the bar, felt vibrant and gave a lovely European holiday vibe — perfect for relaxing or spending fun evenings with friends and family. Watching the sunset from the poolside was simply mesmerizing — one of those moments you carry home as a special memory. Overall, Regenta Baywatch is a fantastic destination for families, friends, and couples looking to enjoy a refreshing beach holiday in Goa. Excellent location, great rooms, exceptional staff, and wonderful amenities. What a great stay and “wonderful” service for our corporate booking. The room and toilet were so “intact” that I could still see signs of the previous guest. The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had, and the staff acted like helping guests was a big inconvenience. I even had to wait a long time for coffee because the milk wasn’t hot. And the water in the room? A huge 200 ml bottle per person. Truly amazing service...!!! Strongly recommend for my enemies 👍

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The toilet window wouldn’t shut properly and opened into a common lobby — when we complained, the staff “fixed” it by covering it with a poster. The room reeked of fungus and felt unhygienic from the start. To make matters worse, two rats entered our room on the first night. Even after requesting a deep cleaning, another rat was caught in a trap the next day. This was horrifying and completely unacceptable for any hotel. The breakfast buffet was chaotic, with poor-quality food and very limited choices. Cleanliness throughout the property was seriously lacking. We were offered a different room, but it was also in terrible condition — dirty floors and an unclean bathroom. Room service and housekeeping only responded after multiple calls and over an hour’s delay. We were eventually offered a complimentary meal as compensation, but that does not make up for the inconvenience, poor hygiene, and overall traumatic experience. This hotel urgently needs to improve its maintenance, cleanliness, and service standards. Definitely not recommended.
