I had very positive experience. Spacious room and quiet area. 20 minutes to the beach where you can feel feee without any crowds. And special thank to Rafael, administrator, he helped us a lot. Thanks for the kindness.

It is an excellent accommodation place for a peaceful stay and would like to recommend the stay. Pros: 1) Large and spacious rooms with excellent hygiene and cleaness 2) It has an common sharing area (very spacious), where you will get an working space (office work) or can have a birthday party or mini function. (Best place for people who are looking for remote working and spend time in Goa) 3) Staffs are very friendly and will help you in exploring Goa. 4) Peaceful environment and closer to sea (less then 2km in car) 5) Budget friendly and it's only one few place where you get Breakfast included in the stay Cons 1) There is no much cons but if think i have only one that is limited options in Breakfast, and can add South Indian Breakfasts in the menu

Excellent hotel, I would recommend it to everyone. The staff is always polite and available for our every request. The rooms are very clean and the breakfasts are excellent and abundant. The area is very quiet and peaceful (even at night) and in a few minutes you can reach the beach on foot through the rice fields.

I was stay for two nights and really I enjoyed a lot there.. There service and food is so amazing.. Specially their staff behaviour is fabulous.. Also they maintain cleanliness and hygiene washroom and room's.. Surely I will recommend to u and stay here..

Rooms were quite big, surrounding was really good as it was giving proper Goan feel but talking about room service it was pathetic. We took 3 rooms for 3 nights but everytime we were telling staff to change the bedsheets, clean the room. There was only 2 staff functioning who used to handle check in check out and also doing basic breakfast and tea coffee.. no kitchen available. You need to order food online.
