As far food is concerned, taste and quality are appreciable. I booked it through redbus app and nothing negative found in behavior of staffs as stated in one of the reviews. Staffs welcomed us and co-operated nicely. I will look forward to visit here for lunch again in future.

Stayed for two days during business travel. Infrastructure is great, and rooms are spacious. Though there are portions that need desperate makeovers. Food options for breakfast can be improved. Highlight would be the way their staff handled everything. Due credit and appreciation to Ms Simran for handling my reservation flawlessly and solving all queries with great courtesy.

My recent stay at Spree Shivai was disappointing and fell short of expectations. As someone who values good hospitality, I believe that satisfied customer service is crucial, but unfortunately, many aspects here need significant improvement. Food Quality: The food quality was subpar. From breakfast to lunch, the variety was lacking, with only Gulab Jamun being a constant presence. There was no noticeable difference between Dosa and Uttapam, both having the same thickness. The culinary experience definitely needs enhancement. Room Service and Housekeeping: Room service and housekeeping were also below par. I'm not blaming any particular staff member, but sharing my experience as it happened. The laundry service charges were exorbitant, and the quality was poor. If crisp and clean laundry cannot be provided, it's better not to make false promises. A suggestion would be to provide a common room with washing machines where guests can do their own laundry. Positive Experiences: On a positive note, I received excellent service from Yash Matkar and Rutuja Pagare, as well as the food and beverage staff. Their efforts were commendable and stood out during my stay. Spree Shivai has potential but needs substantial improvements in various areas to meet guest expectations and ensure a pleasant stay.

This hotel is in industrial area, location is small but nice, parking inside hotel is limited. Staff are very helpful and polite. We enjoyed the food served here, I liked fish stater chrisp fried, even chicken tikka was cooked to perfection. Overall a very good experience.
