I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it. The rooms and washrooms were exceptionally neat, clean, and well-maintained, which made the stay incredibly comfortable. They also offer excellent, hassle-free parking space, which was a huge plus. To top it all off, the staff was amazingly friendly, polite, and always eager to help with a smile. Worst experience ever…. Very disappointing experience. We booked the Luxury Suite, expecting premium service, but it was far from luxurious. The AC in the suite wasn’t working, making our stay extremely uncomfortable. The food quality was poor and lacked taste. To make things worse, more than half of the items on the menu were unavailable, leaving us with very limited options. Even the complimentary breakfast was disappointing, with only two items available in the name of breakfast. The lift was also not working, which was very inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage. Basic room essentials that are expected in any decent hotel were missing, showing a clear lack of attention to guest comfort. Overall, the service was slow and unsatisfactory, and the hotel failed to deliver what was promised for a luxury stay. Considering the price we paid for the Luxury Suite, the experience was nowhere close to expectations. I would not recommend this hotel.

I booked two rooms for 2 nights, including one room for my parents. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing. The lift was not working for the entire day, which caused significant inconvenience, especially for my elderly parents who had to climb to the second floor multiple times. This should have been addressed more proactively by the hotel management. The service was extremely poor. There was a receptionist who refused to allow us to check in before 2:00 PM, stating it was hotel policy, even though our booking through MakeMyTrip clearly mentioned a 1:00 PM check-in time. The staff seemed unaware of booking commitments and lacked basic customer-handling skills. Additionally, essential toiletries such as toothbrushes and shower caps were not available, which is not expected from a hotel offering guest accommodations. Overall, the lack of customer service, poor maintenance, and inadequate guest amenities made our stay very unpleasant.

Had a very good stay experience at ECKO City Center, Rishikesh. The hotel rooms are completely new, very clean and well maintained. The property feels safe and secure, the location is very convenient and the pricing is also very reasonable. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay. Highly recommended! During my stay, the room was neat and clean, which was a positive aspect. However, my overall experience was not satisfactory due to service issues. The receptionist’s behavior was rude. She called me in the morning and spoke in an unprofessional manner while asking me to vacate the room by 11:00 AM. Additionally, the service was extremely slow. When I raised this concern, I was informed that 70% of the staff was on leave. This significantly impacted the overall experience. For example, we went for dinner at 8:00 PM and only finished by 10:30 PM, which reflects the delay in service. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff behavior and service efficiency.
