I had a wonderful stay at ECKO, Tapovan Rishikesh. The rooms were exceptional—clean, comfortable, stylish, and well-maintained, deserving a full 5-star rating. The service was outstanding, with the staff being friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, making the experience truly memorable. The location is one of the hotel's biggest highlights. Situated in the heart of Tapovan, it offers easy access to cafes, yoga centers, and popular attractions while still providing a peaceful atmosphere. ⭐☆☆☆☆ I booked this hotel for a two-day stay, but it turned out to be one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've ever had. The quilt provided was extremely dirty. When I asked for a replacement, the staff said they only had that one and there was no other option. The room itself had several issues—the intercom didn't work, the TV didn't work, and even the toilet flush was not functioning properly. I repeatedly requested room cleaning and waste removal, but nothing was done until around 5:00 PM the following day, and only after arguing with the reception staff. The room didn't even have tea cups, which is a basic amenity. To make matters worse, the swimming pool water was dirty and clearly not maintained. The biggest disappointment was the staff's attitude. No one took responsibility for the problems. Instead, they kept passing the issue from one person to another, leaving guests to chase for every basic service. Overall, the hotel failed in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Had a wonderful experience! The food was absolutely delicious, and the kitchen staff did an amazing job. Special thanks to Aditya, Sanju, and Parveen — truly skilled and dedicated people who made every meal special. The kitchen was clean and well managed, which added to the great experience. Also want to appreciate Neelam from the front office for her warm and helpful attitude. Overall, great service and tasty food — highly recommended!

I recently stayed at ECKO Tapovan Hotel, and I had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and the staff were very polite, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I stayed in room number 304, and everything was perfect during my stay. We stay here for 3 nights and booked Executive Rooms with Balcony. It was our biggest mistake in the life. There were plenty of issues. 1. Location was good but the hotel does not have proper parking facility. 2. Rooms were okay but not the premium rooms. 3. Food was okay. 4. Lift was not working. 5. Hot water was not running. 6. Swimming pool was not at all clean. 7. Bathroom does not have buckets. 8. Manager was very rude, we complaint him related to our issue but he does not ready to hear. 9. There is not stair for going to 6th floor from 5th floor. When lift does not work, we have to use Fire emergency stairs. 10. Breakfast was poor. 11. Restaurant charged 60 Rs for a water bottle and 130 Rs for a tea. 12. Wifi was not working. They don't care about the customers. It is like "DHARAMSHALA" at not a Hotel. It is not upto the mark and the price they charged.
