Really good hotel. Had my relatives stay there and had asked the hotel restaurant to arrange for lunch for a big crowd. Even with the current shortage of gas cylinder, the restaurant run by Mrs Gloria Mathias made sure that the food was of top quality. Mrs Gloria arranged for the seating for a large crowd, food was prepared on time and her coordination with her team made the lunch a successful, flavourful and smooth affair. Will certainly recommend and food quality wise, really deliciously made even with limited options.

just came to Mira Restaurant for the morning buffet. The food wasn’t great honestly below expectations but still somewhat tolerable. What really ruined the experience was the service. The lady I assume is the manager showed very poor hospitality. The way she served the coffee felt careless and her tone when speaking was quite unpleasant. Overall, not a welcoming experience. Definitely needs improvement in both food quality and customer service.

Hotel horizon is one of the best hotels in trivandrum, I have been staying here for last two days my room number was 508. The service I received is very excellent, I had my complimentary breakfast, the buffet was good. The staff in the restaurant was superb service especially the lady captain there Miss glorys ,she treats everyone equally and greets everybody with a charming smile, her attitude towards the guest was excellent.Sir she is a good asset for your hotel.A big thanks to her and her team.

Excellent Hotel. Cleanliness to the core. One can see a dignified crowd both corporate and for a vacation trip. Room service is also very good. Only thing to be focused on is the complimentary breakfast they are providing. There is range. No doubt. But the taste is not upto the mark. Especially dosa, Chutney. Sambar is very poor. Else all fine.

This was by far the worst experience I have had with a hotel lobby/reception. The receptionist was unwelcoming and made it clear that he did not want to accommodate us, even attempting to force my family and me to leave in the evening. We felt extremely insulted and humiliated and were left with no choice but to go to Hotel Chaitram. Such an arrogant attitude and they are thinking we are at their mercy. What made this management to keep these idiots stay there. I have reported my professional circles and asked them not to go this worst hotel.
