The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.

Early Check in or Late check out is subject to availability at the hotel.

It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport (Pan is not accepted as valid ID). Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.

Stay of 1 child up to 5 years of age is complementary without the use of extra mattress.

Breakfast charges may be applicable for the child.

Extra mattress is provided for triple occupancy bookings.

Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.

Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to take action against the guest.

I recently stayed at Chandra Vilas Heritage Homestay and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience. The property itself is a beautiful, well-maintained heritage home with stunning architecture and tasteful decor. But what really made my stay special was the warm hospitality extended by the hosts. And the caretaker is a special one who is always available for you whenever you need him for any sort of work . . . .

The stay at Chandra Vilas heritage was amazing. The rooms are comfortable, clean and tidy. The host is super polite and is always available to help you. The location of this place is perfect, close to Fateh Sagar Lake and very optimally located around some beautiful cafes like Mocha, Tapri, Imli etc. Overall a memorable experience.

The property is so beautiful and very well kept. Could not see an iota of dust , washrooms were so neat and clean and there was no dampening smell in the room that one encounters in properties. Stay was extremely comfortable and our hosts were so friendly. Loved the stay.

Me and my sister stayed at this lovely homestay for a couple of days last week and the stay was so pleasant. Room was clean, cozy and comfortable. The property is located in a quite neighbourhood, which is always a plus point. And most importantly, a very gracious host. :)
