I often don't review hotels but I had to for this one. Based on shobhagpura circle, this property can easily compete with top 5 star hotels in the city. Incredible hospitality and amenities. true value for money.

Visiting Udaipur with family stated here for 2 nights. When I booked the place it was under the TREEBO brand, and when I checked in the Brand name Changed to Medalio. So I had some difficulty finding the place as Number shown on the booking was transferred to the Treebo call centre. Finally I managed to find the Hotel Number from Google, got the info and reached. Check in was Smooth. Staff is friendly and courteous. Food, especially breakfast is good. Not a big Buffet, but small and sweet but delicious. Rooms were clean, bathroom very also tidy. R.K circle, which has few very good Food place especially Local Rajasthani food, is just few mins away from the hotel. My overall experience is really good and would love to come back to the place.

Had Spent a Good and Memorable time in this Hotel. They have nice and spacious ambience with decent rooms, Greenary Garden, Swimming Pool and Restaurant area for Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner. The breakfast buffet is delicious not sure about alacarte menu as we haven't tried it. Only the problem is with Parking Zone and Distance from Main Udaipur Attractions. Overall we had a good experience and I must recommend it for one day stay in Udaipur.

The stay was really nice, the staff and everything, every amenity listed was provided. Pawan assisted through everything even additional requests, overall the hotel experience was more than worth it. Will definitely book the hotel again when I come back

I made a reservation at this hotel on booking.com. After the reservation was confirmed, I received a separate message asking for an advance payment via direct bank transfer, failing which my reservation would be canceled. Since the listing on booking.com had explicitly stated that no advance payment was required, I suspected that this was a phishing attempt. When I inquired with the hotel, I got no response for several days despite sending several reminders. At worst, it looked like a fraudulent attempt; at best a case or bad customer service in not responding to customer queries. In any case, I canceled and booked elsewhere. Just thought a cautionary review here might be helpful to other travelers.
