No star place after the experience we had. 1) Kids can easily fall from the edge as there is no boundary. 2) cleaning staff cleans the villa when we asked. 3) lift is not working in the villa 4) cooking staff is very weak in managing group or even to make an amazing tea to say 5) Gym is just a name given in the profile 6) electrical problems in the rooms and washrooms 7) last but not the least no hot water in the villa. You have to warm the water on stove and take to your washroom. And after all this issues put to them they were like we will solve we will solve and provide you one night complimentary and give you free breakfast. Just imagine a kid stuck in the lift and no hot water during winters for shower. Next day during check out our bags where put out from the villa by them without even asking us so we leave the property and do not pass on above issues to next guests. Yes they gave us a refund I would not deny but for the amount we have paid for 2 nights it’s just peanuts and the mental trauma and issues of no services cannot compensate what they have given back. Highly unprofessional No proper timeline for answers and solving issues All time one answer talking to our corporate people and we will get back to you and which never comes .

Extremely disappointing experience — not recommended. We booked this villa to celebrate New Year’s, but the stay turned into a series of unresolved maintenance and safety issues. It felt as though we were brought in to identify problems rather than enjoy a holiday. Major concerns included: • No hot water for two full days, despite temperatures dropping to ~10°C or below. • Multiple washrooms and toilets were non-functional. • The chef was not capable of handling a group of 10 guests. • A serious safety incident where children got stuck in the lift. Shockingly, the emergency door key was not available on-site and was with the property owner. • Complete lack of coordination between the corporate team and on-ground staff. The on-ground team had no authority to take corrective action. • Guests were taken for granted—two days were spent in discussions with no effective resolution. After prolonged back-and-forth over two days, we were offered complimentary breakfast and a mere 15–20% refund, which is unacceptable given the scale of issues faced. Traveling with small children, we could not prolong the ordeal or escalate further. The villa is nothing like what is shown in the brochure—poorly maintained, not clean, and in urgent need of significant upkeep. The only redeeming factor was a house staff member named Mayank, who was consistently proactive, supportive, and genuinely tried to make us comfortable despite the situation. Credit where it’s due. Overall, this property fails to meet even basic hospitality & safety standards. We strongly do not recommend this villa and would advise others to look elsewhere.

Place is a beautiful secluded villa...well kept and amazing staff and chef ....the care taker Lokendra ji was amazing and took care of every small needs of ours during our stay . All staff very courteous and helpful.

Hello We had 3 night at this place. The property and location is very good . Food quality is ok. Some times caretaker is present when we call him he will come . Housekeeping is very poor they don't have hand napkin, floor-mate in shower area. I suggest they have to upgrade some nominal things.
