Very pathetic n stinking rooms. I don’t understand how this property has received 5-star ratings. The room condition is worst and smelling-Management has no human values as we needed to cancell one room booked in advance due do sudden death in close family of one of the guests but management didnt care on any grounds for refund-we left two rooms unavailed due to pathetic condition-Strongly recommend pl dont visit ever-all stars are fake

Very poor rooms. I genuinely don’t understand how this property has received 5-star ratings. The room condition is terrible and nowhere close to what is shown online. It makes one wonder whether those high ratings are genuine or posted by the hotel itself. The room condition was extremely poor, with uncomfortable beds and unhygienic surroundings. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable. Staff behavior was highly unprofessional—they even demanded extra money just to allow us to sit in the garden area. There was no staff member willing to listen to or address our concerns. They will make fool on the name of elivas it is same property

It was very horrible when we entered to the property . As we were communicated totally different than the property was by the sales team . But yes after discussion with all the fake communication by the sales team to the Neeraj Operation manager, he took some time and support us by going out of the box. He manage all the things very well . At one point of time we decided to leave the property but just because of Neeraj extra ordinary support . We stay there and enjoy a lot . Service staff is very good in this property . I must say Neeraj is an asset for the company . One more staff was there who was very supportive in there managerial staff (house keeping girl) name I forget she was MT there . Overall experience was very good and I recommend this property to everyone at least once you all must visit during udaipur visit .

Special thanks to Viram for his outstanding service—he was very professional, friendly, and supportive. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is convenient. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others.
