Rooms were not cleared as the check-out time was 12 PM so we had to wait for 2 more hours till 2 PM. Very cheap service and hospitality. Very unprofessional and misbehaving, I had told the boy to carry the luggage to our room and I went out, taking advantage of the moment he asked my naive younger brother to carry the luggage. No water cooler, you will have to purchase water bottles from them. They will ask for an extra Rs.400 for the AC.

Very nice hospitality and rooms were very neet and clean and near from golden temple and the staffs and owners are too much nice I really like the hotel you can come and stay with your family

Worst , apni baat se khud mukar jate hai, + Wifi not working + LED TV not working + No soaps and towels in washroom+ No flushing system in washroom+ Geyser not working+ Most of the sockets not working

Though the rooms are not really something you would be please with, at just first instance. But, honestly while travelling I came to Amritsar with a time stamp during which there weren't any rooms available at all. Irrespective of the cost you're ready to bear. At such time I did get a room here, plus I was travelling with family. No issues at all, service is prompt. Owner is really friendly. But again, not the property you would love at first go, but it became a rescue hotel, and a great service to remember...

Price is reasonable considering the facilities and condition of the rooms. Offline charges were lower compared to what are being shown in online apps. Nothing fancy about the hotel, location, services and facilities but what do you expect when budget is low. Plus things are ACs were working, geyser started working when asked for, blankets were changed when asked for. Negatives things are bedsheets, blankets and towels are not neat even if they have been washed, dining facility is limited, in some rooms seepage was clearly visible, ventilation was not proper, some rooms had seepage smell.
