Worst and unexpected in 2 words. Dont book via online websites they will deny your booking at the time of check-in. There is no prior intimation from the hotel that they would be cancelling your booking. They blatantly say they are not being paid well by the online websites and are not responsible for you. On top of it they are rude.

WARNING FRAUD !!!! Stay away from this hotel, even you booked 1 month in advance. They will allot the room to someone else of they pay more and force you to take a room at a cheap 3rd grade hotel that they own 3km away with same price. Owner is Biggest FRAUD and abusive to customers. their reception is complete chaos because everyone is fighting with the staff for their booking canceled.

Go ahead and book this hotel if you are willing to ruin your plans! I booked their suite room through a well known online platform. I reached out to the hotel prior to the booking and I was informed to go ahead with my online booking if I am finding the online booking cheaper. As directed, I proceeded with the booking, however, a day prior to my scheduled stay I was reached out by the hotel stating we have denied your "request" for booking. Mind you, I had already made the entire booking payment at that online platform at the time of booking. When I enquired about the reason they shamelessly told me that we can't provide the room for so cheap (Even so the price I paid was on much higher side than any other hotel). Such unruly and unprofessional behaviour by the hotel warrants to drag the hotel to Consumer forum for providing deficient services to the customers and booking and cancelling as per their whims and fancies. Utterly disappointed even after paying a hefty price for the property.

This is the worst customer interaction I have ever faced..These guys are so rude with the customers coming to their hotel through online booking..I booked a room through Agoda platform & paid the entire amount online..these guys made me to wait in the reception for more than 30 minutes & denied me to give the room..They are shamelessly asking for a double price than the online price showing on booking platforms..They are not less than a scammers..Management should remove their hotel listing from booking platforms if they are not willing to give their rooms for online bookings..Definitely not recommended..Ruined my whole day because of these people

You should not be on Agoda if you can't give your room as booked on it ( jzt for money ) . Even an upgraded version of yours is fake, just to make your customers wait till they leave.
