Best Hotel Experience. Breakfast was very tasty. Rooms comfy and service was really good. Staff are very warm, courteous and show very good initiative towards guest. There is big size hall for parties with Dj system on First Floor. Less than 15 minute from the entrance of the hotel to the Golden temple. Lovely experience. Over all this hotel was Excellent

A very genuine review by a genuine customer. I travel Amritsar very often. Have stayed with Makhan residency. No doubt the restaurant is famous for its fish but unfortunately the hotel is pathetic. We did the bookings for the second time,they confirmed and just before our arrival to Amritsar,they made a fake phone call & said that water has come in our hotel ,ur booking is cancelled. In reality they gave preference to some group and they were in scarcity of rooms so they pretended that the hotel is under construction. Just go and check, u all would come to know whether it is under construction or is it fully booked. Fake commitments,fake staff, no profesional dealing .This hotel would soon shut down if it remains same in its dealing. Maximum people you would see,they would be fighting for the room at the reception. If you don't believe my words then go & experience it on your own.

We had excellent stay. Rooms were neta and clean and staff was nice and humble. Quick service. Delicious food as they are famous for. Makhan Fish was too mouth watering

We are particularly thankful to Mr. Sunil Kumar of House Keeping Department who was extremely helpful and guided us very nicely. It was because of him that our trip became very nice and memorable.

Amazing room stay. Clean rooms. Staff is very helpful. Food quality and taste is great. Variety of food available. Staff behaviour is polite.
