well maintained hotel. room very net & clean so that I give 5 star rating .one star cut because I visit this winter season that time cool atmosphere so hot water not coming in bathroom. I request Manger. but not solve my problem

Not a good experience. First of all, when we checked in there was a used and opened food packet left on the table. Proper toiletries were not given. We had to ask them 3 times for sn extra blanket. The door lock was somewhat loose. Next, food - we noticed some rats. Yes.. Rats in the dining / kitchen area. The hakka noodles we ordered was very bad. The quantity was also very low. And the biggest problem we faced was that we wanted to extend our stay by one more night which we already informed them about when we checked in that we might extend. The night before, we informed them again and the person at the desk said ok. But the next day, the manager called and started talking in a very rude and arrogant tone that why are we not checking out and then when we said about extension he said the charge is extra which is almost double the actual price. But he didn't stop at that, furthermore he said "why didn't you make enquiries about the price? It's your fault.. You should've asked us about it also we called you at your room.. You weren't there". I explained to him several times that we are tourists here.. Why would we stay in our room! And it's your job to inform us if there's extra price for extension but the manager was very arrogant. He didn't even admit that it was their fault. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

I had a great stay at Wind Palace. The rooms were comfortable, the food was excellent, and the staff were very polite.

Don’t believe the pictures you see on Booking. They provided us a room without a window. Room was very old and needs renovation. We hear everything people’s in other room doing in their bathroom.

Good service and accommodation. I would recommend everyone to stay while you visit in Jaipur. Also, thank you to @wind palace hotel for the amazing hospitality. Loved your breakfast.
