Rooms are great but make sure to notice if the TVs and ACs are working (incase opting for AC rooms) We had to change our room when they offered one where TV wasn't working. I mean when you pay for a full AC room you gotta make sure everything is working optimally. You can get daily stuff within walkable distance, no issues with dinner or lunch. Plenty of shops available.

Horrible experience! Water was dripping from the AC continuously. The room was surprisingly small. Night was a noisy affair with traffic noise from the one window and mobile noise from the lobby. Probably some staff playing some videos.

Situated in a well connected place in Ovala Naka, Ghorbunder Road, Thane. Ordinary rooms. They don't have a kitchen, but the place from where they order foods is nearby. Order is served quickly. Food is tasty. But not a place to visit with family.

Rooms need to be more cleaner with good bed sheets and the electric points also need to be worked. I like the system of room keys. The entire staff is super courteous and the owner is humble and down to earth.
