we came from US very late around 11 pm. They kept dinner for us , customer service was very nice and entire team are very friendly. Enjoyed live music in the night, while having dinner at terrace. we stayed at suit and nice hot water . bathroom are very good. Location is very good. Over all very good. I strongly suggest to book this hotel.

The property looked good at first, but the room was surprisingly small for a 4-star hotel. The main issue was the foul smell in the bathroom, similar to a sewage line. We weren’t the only ones—other guests faced it too. We complained in the morning, but by night, nothing had been done. We literally had to use mineral water for washing and other purposes. My son then suffered from diarrhoea and loose motions for three days. Overall, it was a disappointing experience in an otherwise beautiful place like Mussoorie.

We came here with the family and friends. Enjoyed the stay at Pride Ashiyana Resort. Nice hotel . And location is superb. The view from the skydeck was breathtaking. Very close to the mall road. Will recommend this hotel to everyone. Hotel staff was very cooperative and very friendly.

It's a poor unhygienic hotel, please do not book it. I went with my family of 7 people and booked 3 rooms, rooms were unhygienic, boothrooms were too unhygienic. Breakfast/Dinner area is claustrophobic and unhygienic, buffet food was too cold to eat. We all fell sick after eating from this Hotel. Pictures are all edited, in real you will be shocked to see rooms, and other area. I had complaint to main reception but there were no response. Something seriously wrong with water as well fell sick. Stinking unhygienic Hotel. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL

This hotel rooms are so small they give double occupancy size room for 3 members even tough booking three occupany & mainly they have repair works loud sounds going at ground level entrance where rooms are at minus underground level. we faced heavy disturbances untill night . we informed receiption tough no use .water is coming out of washroom . only plus point its on mall road but hard to take luggage the entrance runway is steap & sometimes water leak from beside building and makes slippery to walk . Cafe and food was good . balcony was small no view . over all not worth for money .
