The staff of your hotel are very rude and teach them the etiquette of speaking a little first. They don't know how to talk to women. Teach them how to talk to elders. The reception staff of your hotel are very bad people. Your manager doesn't have the manners to talk. I needed water to claim at night, I called the reception, no one picked up, I called several times, but no one picked up.I have never seen such useless hotel staff in my life. Why do you guys charge so much money? My family members have stayed in your hotel before and they were praising this hotel a lot, that's why we stayed here, but here everything is perfect. It was very useless for us to come to Banaras, it went in vain because of the hotel staff here, I will not suggest anyone to come here because the staff here are very bad people.very bad behaviour

Hotel is in prime location with very spacious rooms and lawn. Staff is courteous and professional and we were very satisfied with the service. Food was good and transport is available easily to and from the hotel gate. Major tourist attractions are close. Great experience!

Saroja Hotel has been the worst hotel of my life. The staff here are very useless and confused. When we checked in at this hotel, tea bags, sugar and coffee were not available in the room, which is provided as a complimentry in every hotel. But here everything was opposite when I called Mr. Abhishek and asked him to provide all this to us, then he was asking us for a fee of Rs. 100, only then will we be able to provide all this to you, otherwise you will not get it. Call by saying this rudely. closed downI called again but he did not pick up, I have never seen such black marketing anywhere, in the end we had to get all this from outside as all this was already connected in our room. When we asked for a towel in the morning, they did not even give us that. They were asking for 150 rupees. The employees here were very thieves and deceitful people. When we asked them that this is what they said, then they started talking like fighting. They were saying, "Don't you want to go home safely? Do you want so much money from us, just for what reason?" do you take They also took money for our breakfast which was attached to the room. When I asked for the room to be cleaned, they did not even get it done. The room was already very dirty, there was no cleanliness, so I felt bad. This arrangement has never been seen in any hotel till date. Here, people are being looted in the name of hotel. The staff here are very useless, rude, abuse the guest, threaten to kill, please no one should stay in this hotel, not will I tell anyone. Would recommend staying at this hotel

Rooms are very large, well appointed and clean. No complimentary breakfast. Food is prepared in a kitchen and served in rooms as there doesn't seem to be any restaurant. Food, we felt, was quite expensive.

Room was very small. Bathroom should be more spacious. No morning newspaper will be send to room. Taking so much charge but breakfast menu contains very less items. Also maximum time there is no staff to check which item is all consumed...no refilling arrangement. Even they are not bothering to serve you a glass to drink water during breakfast unless you will ask for glass. Electric cattle was not working in room, tv seems to create problem while watching sports channel. Overall too much costly and not up to the mark .
