I stayed at the House of Neptune property in Goa 3 nights 4 days, and it was a wonderful experience. The property itself is very well maintained and beautiful. The hospitality truly stood out — the staff, especially Boro, knows how to manage guests exceptionally well. He was very attentive and ensured that everything we needed was provided on time. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Huge thanks to the team headed by Boro, and to Abdul and Ankus, for their efficiency, kindness, and making everything so smooth and comfortable throughout. Truly appreciated. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a calm, well-maintained place in Morjim. Would happily stay again.

our stay at House of Neptune was something i am short of words. We were there with our 11-month-old, so having a proper kitchen was non-negotiable—and wow, did it deliver! The place is a total feast for the eyes; every single section is genuinely boho-chic. That open kitchen? It was the absolute cherry on top for chilling out and making our own meals. You can't beat the location. The beach is literally a 30-meter stroll away, making it perfect for a quick dip or catching some waves (swimming and surfing). But the real magic was Boro and Hopson. Honestly, those two bent over backward for us, making sure we had everything we needed. When I had a health emergency, Boro was an absolute lifesaver—he drove me to the nearby hospital, and then, because I couldn't drive, he was kind enough to drive and drop me off at my next place. That kind of care is just incredible. We absolutely adored our time here and are already planning to book it again for our next trip!

The house of neptune is in a great location, rooms are sufficient with all amenities. The in-house staff Boro and team was very helpful. They were always available for our needs. But the strange and disappointed thing is ELIVAAS charges security deposit before check-in which is refundable but not returning even weeks after the stay. I tried calling and messaging but no one is responding.

We had a wonderful stay with our newborn at House of Neptune. Boro and his team are super helpful and kind, and catered to all our needs promptly. The location is insanely amazing, just a 2-minute walk to the beach, they have clean rooms and a well functioning kitchen along with washer, dryer self-service available. I will definitely recommend this place! 😊
